SHIPPING
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. We take care to package your items so they will arrive safely. Shipping is $12.00 per order, or free for orders over $150. Although your items are tracked, they are not insured and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged once they’ve been posted. Standard delivery of items will take 3-5 working days to most areas.
CLICK & COLLECT
Our store is located at Inspirations Paint 103 Pound Street GRAFTON NSW 2460. Our opening hours are 7am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays 8am -12pm. Orders can be collected within those hours only. If you are within our click & collect area, you will see this option to select during checkout. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be organised. We will contact you when it is ready to be collected.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
No refunds are available unless the product is proven faulty. Please send a photo of any damaged stock with a photo of the damaged packaging. If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at graftonpaintandcolour@outlook.com
PRICING
All prices and delivery charges on our site are in Australian dollars (AU$). We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time.
